  • Sculpt/Sunday 10:30 AM-11:30 AM

    The class begins with a yoga flow warm-up featuring dynamic yoga poses that focus on mobility. Next, you will move into muscle endurance training, using weights, resistance bands, or bodyweight exercises to target major muscle groups. This is followed by cardio intervals, which involve short bursts of high-intensity movements to elevate heart rate. The session ends with mindfulness and relaxation, incorporating yoga breathing techniques and meditation to promote mental well-being.

    Experience the soothing benefits of Restorative yoga, a gentle practice designed to promote deep relaxation and stress relief. Expect a calming atmosphere that emphasizes stillness and mindfulness, allowing you to breathe deeply and release tension. This practice is suitable for everyone, particularly those seeking to manage anxiety, recover from injury, or simply unwind.
